The DECS Strategic Plan outlines the mission, vision, values, strategic directions, and goals of our charter school. The Strategic Plan is an active document that guides decision-making at the administrative and board level. The Strategic Plan drives the direction of resources, programs, and initiatives affecting the school. The Strategic Plan is derived from an analysis of student, school, and district performance data, a review of previous strategic plans, state and federal legislation, recommendations from our authorizer (Innovative Quality Schools), and recommendations from our charter school stakeholders.
